We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, such as your name, email address, and birth data you enter for report generation. We also collect usage data to improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your birth data is used exclusively to generate astrology reports and provide personalized insights. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Usage data is analyzed in aggregate only.
3. Data Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. Birth data is stored in isolated, access-controlled databases. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data from the Settings page. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for payments (Razorpay), email (SendGrid), and analytics (privacy-focused). These services are contractually bound to protect your data.
6. Policy Updates
We will notify you of any material changes to this policy via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
