Please read these terms carefully before using AstroTerminal. They govern your use of our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AstroTerminal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including registered and unregistered visitors.
2. Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AstroTerminal to generate reports for unauthorized third parties without their consent, attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms, scrape data, or use our platform in any manner that violates applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All reports generated through AstroTerminal are for your personal or professional use with your clients. Our algorithms, UI, and branding remain the exclusive property of AstroTerminal Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Astrology reports are provided for informational purposes. AstroTerminal does not guarantee accuracy of predictions and is not liable for decisions made based on report content. Use your professional judgment.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you via email and in-app notice at least 30 days before significant changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
